Dr. Sawyer Ellis was informative with my eye exam and my decision on which contacts to purchase. I was able to get quotes on different brands. He was able to specifically describe the differences between the brands and what may best suit me so that I could make a decision on which price point would be the best for my eyes.

I was looking for a new eye doctor and Vivid Vision Eye Care was one of the places that were covered by my insurance. I decided to take a chance and schedule an appointment. I was scheduled within a timely manner. Once I arrived for my appointment I was taken care of step by step. The doctor and staff were very easy to work with and questions were answered. Even when I had a hard time finding the perfect frame, a staff member was patient and she helped me find the right ones. My glasses came back within a week from my appointment. I've been wearing them ever since and they look fabulous!

Dr. Ellis and his team are phenomenal! I was in the office yesterday for my annual checkup and Dr. Ellis was kind, intentional with my care, and listened to my concerns. The ladies up front, Alex, Sherri and Taylor were beyond helpful and very friendly as well. It's like visiting family every time I go. I couldn't ask for a better place to take care of my vision. I had been looking for a new eye care provider and am so happy to have found Vivid Vision! The office is very professional looking and clean. The receptionist was friendly. I did not have to wait long to see Dr. Scott. The eye exams and testing were very thorough. Dr. Scott answered my questions and she is very easy to talk to. I highly recommend Vivid Vision and I will continue to use their services.

I had my first visit today and I am so happy I chose Vivid Eye Care. Everyone was helpful! Dr. Scott explained things that had never been explained to me before. The lady that helped me from check-in was great. The lady helping me with my frames was helped me find ones that looked good on my face. She even told me which ones didn't look good. What can I say? I was wearing the same glasses for nearly 15 years, because of bad experiences with eye doctors. My wife went to Vivid since they take my insurance and she was highly impressed. Hesitant I went for myself. Not only were they professional but super helpful and friendly. I am now in Progressive Lenses and thanks to them I am comfortable with my glasses. We will continue giving them our business.
